Wolbito em Casa

The Wolbito em Casa (Wolbito at Home) project in Campo Grande is a collaboration between WMP in Brazil and the Campo Grande Secretary of Education. Students from 17 elementary schools received kits containing a capsule of Wolbachia mosquito (Wolbito) eggs and a pamphlet describing how to set up the Wolbito's house. The project was carried out in 4 months and approximately 1500 students enrolled.

Indigenous Community _ Brazil

Mato Grosso do Sul's indigenous population is the second largest in Brazil. Água Bonita and Marçal de Souza, two urban communities in Campo Grande, worked in partnership with WMP in Brazil to facilitate the deployment of the Wolbachia method in the communities.
