This paper examines the effect of larval nutrition on the susceptibility of Wolbachia infected Aedes aegypti mosquitoes to dengue virus infection. They found that Wolbachia infected mosquitoes had significantly reduced dengue virus infection rates across all three diets‚ suggesting that the effectiveness of Wolbachia in disrupting dengue virus infection is unlikely to be compromised by varied larval nutrition in field settings.
